Designs is a small design company that has been doing custom home
designing since 2001. Owned and operated by a single individual,
Maine Designs focus is on each individual's ideas and concepts, that
they have for a dream home. Maine Designs has a total of 27 years in
the home building business! We have completed over 385 custom
residential designs and over 155 commercial projects since you
helped open our doors in 2001. We have designed for clients in
Arizona, Delaware, Florida and from across the pond in England, UK,
as well as many right here in New England. Maine Designs has
designed many different style custom homes from 1,200 sq. ft ranches
to 7,000 sq ft colonials.
All designs are done with a computer aided drafting program and can be plotted on paper ranging in size for 8 1/2" x 11" up to 24" x 36" depending on the needs of each client. Because all plans are created on a cad program, plans can easily be changed and reproduced, anytime, as many times as needed. Maine Designs helps you develop your ideas and concepts. Whether it is a sketch created by you or just a thought in your head, we will help make your dream a reality. We understand that many ideas are personal, that’s why we do not share your design without your written consent.
