I would like to extend to you our sincere thanks for sticking with us through the period of time that we were establishing our floor plans to fit our liking. You were more than willing to keep correcting our changes (and sometimes changing the changes) as we looked over each set of new and revised plans we had asked you to up-date. Your patience, professional and easy going attitude was evident in the fact that you just kept on keeping on with all of our requests to make even the smallest change for us. Even when I spoke with you about my feeling of "wearing out our welcome - so to speak - you were still in that low keyed attitude of "not to worry". In fact I believe your statement was something like - " I will keep on changing it until You and Bonnie are satisfied. The work that you did is excellent and concise. It is obvious that you take great pride in your work and customer service and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to you. This was our first experience of dealing with floor plans and working with you was a great pleasure. We would and will recommend you and your work to anyone that we meet and is in the market for a designer to draw up a set of floor plans. Once again we wish to extend our thanks to you for helping us achieve the professional product needed to pass on to our builder. Fred Maglero Robert @ Maine Designs did a great job on our plans. We had contacted several firms before contacting Maine Designs and to our surprise Robert was the only one to respond. Although it is several hours away from us, I know our clients will be happy and completed in a timely manner.
