reason Maine Designs is able to exist and that’s why we cater to you and
your family’s home building visions.
Maine Designs has a total of 27 years in the home building business! We have completed over 385 custom residential designs and over 155 commercial projects since you helped open our doors in 2001. We have designed for clients in Arizona, Delaware, Florida and from across the pond in England, UK, as well as many right here in New England. Maine Designs has designed many different style custom homes from 1,200 sq. ft ranches to 7,000 sq ft colonials. |

We
will sit with you, at your convenience, on a one to one basis and review
any sketches and ideas that you provide. We discuss the ins & outs
of your design and the building process that is required to achieve your
requests. We only suggest things that may make the building process
easier or more cost effective.
W e then take all the information gathered at this point and design your new home on a CAD software program to all local and state building codes that are particular to your home. Because we do all home designs on computer, this allows you to change or revise your design at anytime for whatever reason, as many times as needed during the design process.O nce we have reached the point of where you are satisfied with your design, we plot your design on 24x36 paper that you submit to your builder or local lumber yard for pricing.W e take the difficulty of designing a custom home and help make it as easy for you as we can.
